Delivery Estimates & Fees

¹Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time. All delivery estimates are business days (Mon–Fri) and exclude holidays.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email (check spam if you don’t see it). Please allow 3–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
• Personalized/custom orders require additional design time; please expect delays based on complexity.

Order Tracking

1. After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
2. Within 1–2 business days of processing, you’ll receive a shipment notification with tracking information.
3. If tracking isn’t visible after seven days in transit, contact us for assistance.

If your package passes the estimated delivery window without arrival, please contact us for support.

Incorrect Address Policy

• Verify your shipping address at checkout — we’re not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
• Returned packages due to address errors will incur a re‑shipping fee.
• Packages returned to sender will be disposed of by our shipping partners; no refunds or replacements will be issued.
• We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage if you request redirection after shipment.
