Order Exchanges

Please review your order details carefully—such as size, design, and quantity—before completing your purchase. We are unable to process exchanges for errors in these selections. Order Cancellations

  • Timeframe: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for eligible items within 180 days from the delivery date. After this period, the order is considered final, and no refunds will be issued. Returns and refunds are allowed under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return or Refund:

  • Items that arrived damaged or broken
  • Products that differ in design, size, or material from the original order
  • Incorrect items received
  • Significant deviations from the product description

Ineligible Items for Return or Refund:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Defective items not due to our oversight
  • Items lacking original tags
  • Items with minor, fixable thread issues

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Return and Refund Process

  3. Return Instructions:
    After receiving confirmation, follow the instructions provided. Only send your return package after receiving a confirmation email with the return address.
  4. Return Shipping:
    Please include the carrier’s tracking number for returned items. Note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after we receive your returned items. Once we confirm receipt via email, we will issue a full refund, including original shipping costs. If you encounter delays beyond 10-15 days, please contact your bank or credit card company for further assistance with your refund.
